Wrestlemania season is upon us, and WWE is pulling out all the stops to try to help build anticipation for it. WWE will continue doing this on the March 16th edition of Monday Night Raw, when WWE Hall of Famer Stone Cold Steve Austin will appear. Of course, it makes sense to have Austin appear on what wrestling fans like to refer to as “Austin 3:16 Day.”
Austin sent out the following Tweet today to advertise his appearance.
AUSTIN 3:16 SAYS I WILL BE LIVE ON MONDAY NIGHT RAW on 3/16!!
OH HELL YEAH!!!#316DAY

Here’s more info from WWE.com:

#316Day will also feature the release of exclusive Austin 3:16 merchandise will also be available on WWE Shop.com, a special Topps Austin 3:16 digital card set, and custom content across WWE’s global and social media platforms celebrating Austin’s legendary career.
The Texas Rattlesnake has not yet indicated what he’ll be doing in his return, though presumably, Stunners will be in store, mudholes will be stomped, and Hells will be Yeah’d. Prepare accordingly and catch the special #316Day edition of Raw on USA Network at 8/7 C on March 16.
Austin has not been seen on a live episode WWE television since Raw in New York City’s Madison Square Garden last September 9th. Austin is the regular host of the Broken Skull Sessions show on WWE Network.
Matt’s Musings: It’s always great to see Austin in a WWE ring, as he will try to build excitement for Wrestlemania 36. There will be plenty of stunners and beer. Oh hell yeah.
