World Wrestling Entertainment has reportedly changed their plans on when and where the newly acquired Doc Gallows and Karl Anderson will debut.
The original plan was that WWE officials wanted Gallows and Anderson to debut on NXT in March. However, it is being reported that the two are now scheduled to debut on the main roster “around WrestleMania 32 time.” This is according to PWInsider Elite.
The former IWGP Tag Team Champions will also be using the Balor Club name and logo, or possibly even the Bulletproof name that Finn Balor has been teasing. The Bulletproof Balor Club shirt is also now available on WWEshop.com.
In early January when the news was reported that Anderson, Gallows, Styles and Nakamura were WWE bound, Balor posted this funny photo showing that he was waiting for his buddies.
Mark’s reaction: During Balor’s main event match against Neville on this week’s NXT, commentators Tom Phillips and Corey Graves discussed the “rumors” of WWE signing “Balor’s friends.” WWE is already starting to link these three men together.
I think it’s likely that Gallows and Anderson will arrive after WrestleMania 32 instead of before. Although this report says that Gallows and Anderson will debut on the main roster, I’d like to see them show their faces in some way during Balor’s match at NXT Takeover: Dallas. Then, the night after WrestleMania all three men show up on the main roster. That’s just me speculating, but I think it would be pretty cool.
Either way, having Gallows and Anderson on the main roster is the perfect way for WWE to bring up Balor. How would you like to see Gallows and Anderson, or The Balor Club make their debut? Leave any of your thoughts in the comment section below.
