Goldberg has reportedly signed a deal with World Wrestling Entertainment that will see him compete in a match at the upcoming Royal Rumble pay-per-view on January 29, 2017 at The Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas. This is according to Pro Wrestling Sheet.
Goldberg defeated “The Beast” Brock Lesnar at Survivor Series last night in a matter of minutes. It seems like Goldberg was made to look so dominant because WWE higher-ups had Royal Rumble plans for Goldberg in mind. Pro Wrestling Sheet also reported that Goldberg signed this deal to wrestle at the Royal Rumble before his match with Lesnar.
