Brock Lesnar is scheduled to make his WWE return on July 19’s edition of Smackdown from Worcester, Massachusetts. This episode of Smackdown will be the first Smackdown to go live on Tuesday night and will be the day of the big brand extension draft. This is according to Dave Meltzer’s latest edition of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter.
Lesnar’s return for the WWE Draft on July 19 is a change of plans as he was originally scheduled to return a few weeks later.
This means that Lesnar will be appearing on WWE television just ten days after his big fight with UFC Heavyweight veteran Mark Hunt at UFC 200 on July 9.
Mark’s reaction: I’m happy Lesnar will be at the draft on July 19 considering how big of a player he is in WWE’s roster. It makes sense that he will be picked early on by either Raw or Smackdown, so having him physically in attendance will make the moment that much more special.
